Bradson Longsworth

FOUNDER

Bradson Longsworth builds what people actually mean.

Across more than a decade spanning tourism, technology, banking, and large-scale events, one capability has defined Bradson's work: he holds a client's vision in full — often more clearly than they can articulate it themselves — and orchestrates the right people to render it into reality with a fidelity others rarely match.

He is, in the truest sense, a conductor. PMP-certified and grounded in the discipline of project leadership, he is the single accountable mind behind every engagement — the one who hears the whole piece, holds the tempo, and ensures every contributor serves the same outcome. Delivery that scales without ever losing its through-line.

His range is the proof. He has led Azure migrations for

TD Bank, advised the Caribbean Ministry of Tourism, partnered with the Travel Foundation UK and the Caribbean Development Bank, and directed B2B conferences for audiences of 500 and more. Different sectors, the same craft: a vision faithfully realised.

Rooted in the Caribbean and operating across Belize, Canada, and Jamaica, Bradson founded Personelle Solutions Ltd to bring world-class delivery to the region without importing it — conducting it, on the ground, for the businesses, governments, and individuals shaping the Caribbean's future.
